Leyden Spiced Cheese

Often called "Leidse" or "pittjes" Kaas it is made with cumin seed and slightly less fat milk than traditional Gouda cheese. Sold by the pound. Full wheels are approximately 25 pounds.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, cheese cultures, vegetarian rennet, cumin seeds, annatto color.
