Instructions for making Pannenkoeken:
Dutch Pancakes.
Here is what you will need:
1 Box of Koopman's Pannenkoeken mix
28 ounces of milk (1 3/4 cup)
2 Eggs
Butter or oil
. Place the mix in a mixing bowl and add half of the milk.
. Stir with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
. Add the rest of the milk and the eggs while stirring.
. Heat a slab of butter or a dash of oil in a frying pan.
. Pour some batter into the pan, let it drain over the bottom and cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Top with sugar, brown sugar, Keukenstroop (syrup) or anything sweet you like on your pancakes.
