Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, WHEY POWDER, buckwheat flour, 4.0% POWDERED EGGS, RYE FLOUR, raising agents (E 341i, E 501(ii)), salt
What's Needed:
- 1 pack of Koopmans Pancakes
- 9 dl (900 ml) milk
- 2 eggs
- knob or dash of butter or oil
Instruction:
Place the mix in a mixing bowl and add half of the milk.
Stir everything with a whisk or mixer until you have a smooth batter.
Add the rest of the milk and the eggs while stirring.
Heat a knob of butter or a dash of oil in a frying pan.
Pour some batter into the pan, let it spread over the bottom and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the pancakes with syrup, sugar or jam.
