Instructions:
Place the mix in a mixing bowl and add the water.
Beat the mixture with a whisk until it becomes a smooth batter.
Heat a knob of butter or a dash of oil in a frying pan.
Pour some batter into the pan, let it spread over the bottom and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the pancakes with syrup, sugar or jam.
