Kaaslands Kanaal Cheese 45 +

I had seen this cheese on other websites before and wondered. When I saw that Peters carries it, I decided to give a try. Good move.I think it is better than Old Amsterdam. The flavour is outstanding. It also has those delicious salty crystals and it very easy to cut with a large knife. My wife loves this kind of cheese and I will definitely be ordering this cheese again and again.
