Directions for Boterkoek
1pkg Boterkoek Mix
7oz butter
1 egg
1. Preheat oven to 390
2. Grease 9 inch springform pan with butter or spray
3. Beat egg in small bowl
4. Beat butter in mixer and slowly add boterkoek mix and 2/3 of the beaten egg.
5. Place mix in pan and spread with the back of a wet spoon
6. Brush the rest of the beaten egg over the top
7. Using a fork lightly make a checkboard pattern on top
8. Bake 22-27 minutes until golden brown
9. Let Boterkoek cool for 1 hour before you take the form off.
Ingredients. Wheat flour, sugar, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavour.
