Here is what you will need:
- One package of Honig Vermicelli soup mix
- 6 ounces of fresh vegetables of your choice, optional
- 5-6 ounces of meatballs, optional
- Medium size pan
- 6 cups of cold water
Directions:
Add contents of of package to to 6 cups of cold water and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally with a whisk. Once boiling, add your own fresh vegetables and meatballs. Partially cover pan with lid and bring to a slow boil for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
