Here is what you will need:
- One package of Honig Cream of Vegetable soup mix
- 8 ounces of fresh carrots, chopped, diced or sliced
- Medium size pan
- 6 cups of cold water
Directions:
Add contents of of package to to 6 cups of cold water and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally with a whisk. Once boiling, add the carrots. Partially cover pan with lid and bring to a slow boil for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley, serve & enjoy!
