Instructions for making this soup:
Sprinkle the contents of the sachet in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring it to the boil with a whisk.
Add sliced Mushrooms to the soup and cook.
With lid on the pan and a low boil cook for 10 minutes.
Garnish with finely chopped chives
Here is what you will need:
- One package of Honig French Mushroom Soup Mix
- 9 ounces Fresh Mushroom, sliced.
- Medium size pan
- 6 cups of cold water
Directions:
Add contents of of package to to 6 cups of cold water and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally with a whisk. Once boiling, add sliced mushrooms. Partially cover pan with lid and bring to a slow boil for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
