Here is what you will need:
- One package of Honig Asparagus soup mix
- 10oz of fresh asparagus
- 4z of ham, diced or cubed
- Medium size pan
- 6 cups of cold water
Directions:
Add contents of of package to to 6 cups of cold water and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally with a whisk. Once boiling, add asparagus and ham. Partially cover pan with lid and bring to a slow boil for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
