All cheese is vacuum packed in 1lb. pieces and is sold by the pound. If you order 3lbs. of cheese you will receive three 1lb. pieces. If you would like larger single wedges cut into larger than 1lb pieces please request this in the “Leave us a note about your order” box underneath the Total on the checkout page
Beemster Mild is young, creamy, and as its name suggests, mild in flavor. The soft texture makes this an excellent melting cheese, perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches. It's also fantastic for snacking or cubed with your favorite fruit or veggie.
Beemster Signature is hand selected by our master cheesemaker as an exceptional representation of Beemster's craft. Aged a minimum of 12 months, Signature is firm and smooth with some salty-sweet crystallization and deep caramel notes.
Buttery semi soft cheese with unique sweet milk flavor, notes of almond and a touch of sharpness. Originally made just once a year but now available year round. Sold by the pound.
This creamy smooth cheese has been delicately seasoned with basil and garlic. The slightly higher fat content gives the cheese a richer flavor and creamier texture.
Classic Edam Cheese is aged for four weeks and covered in red wax.
