Instructions:
For Pancakes 1 bag mix, 2 liters milk, 7-8 medium sized eggs. Add the bag of mix to half of the milk. Mix until clump free. Mix the eggs into the batter and follow with the rest of the milk. Add butter or oil to frying pan and add batter. Flip when the batter is dry on top or golden brown on the bottom.
Poffertjes:
1 bag mix, 2 liters mix, 6 medium eggs, 10 tbs veg oil. Add mix to half of the milk and mix until clump free. Add the eggs mixing them into batter and then the rest of the milk and the vegetable oil. Mix well. Heat the poffertjes pan Grease with some veg oil or butter. Place batter in holes and flip poffertjes when the batter is dry on top. Garnish with powdered sugar.
