What you will need:
Koopmans Poffertjes 1 pack (400 g)
8 dl (0.8 l) milk
3 tablespoons oil
Poffertjes pan and a mixing bowl.
Pour the milk into a mixing bowl.
Add to the mix the batter and stir with a whisk or mixer smooth.
Stir in the eggs and the oil into the batter.
Let the poffertjespan heat and grease the pan with oil or butter.
Pour the batter into the dimples of the pan with a dispenser or spoon.
Bake the pancakes until the underside is brown.
Flip the Poffertjes with a fork or large wooden pick and brown.
Serve the pancakes with butter and powdered sugar.
