Smoked Cheddar Cheese - Sold by the pound
This traditional award winning cheddar is transformed by using a blend of local apple, cherry, and hickory wood chips to create a natural smoke that saturates the cheese. We built our own smoker on sight, which allows for us to control all aspects of the process and ensure each batch has the perfect hint of a smoky flavor. This cheese even has distinct markings left behind from the racks of the smoker and an enchanting caramel color.
