Aged for 8 months and hand selected by our master cheesemaker as an exceptional representation of is craft. Firm and smooth with some slaty-sweet crystallization and deep caramel notes. Full wheel is 24 lbs. Order by the pound - price shown is per LB.
Aged 4-6 weeks. Known in Holland as Roomkaas (or Cream Cheese). This cheese is smooth, buttery, and delightful. It pairs well with fresh grapes, pears and dried Turkish apricots. It’s sliceable, it melts beautifully, and is ideal for making creamy cheese
